Имена и объемы отвалов вскрышных пород (Waste Dumps) определяются автоматически из базы данных по запасам (показаны синим шрифтом). В таблицах, отмеченных флажком «Holds Dumps» (С отвалами) в шаге Create Tables (Создание таблиц), автоматически перечисляется их содержимое.

Для добавления точки отвала:

1. Перейдите в приложение Haul Infinity и откройте вкладку Designer.

   1. Перейдите File > Open и импортируйте файл «Sample.hinf».

   2. Найдите или создайте въезд на ярус отвала (LiftEntry) с названием «Dumps/DP1».

2. Перейдите во вкладку Setup и выберите шаг Waste Dumps (Отвалы вскрышных пород).

   1. Нажмите иконку зеленого плюса.

   2. Измените имя отвала на «DP1».

   3. Назначьте ему вместимость 100 000 000 кубометров.

Go to Haul Infinity > Setup tab > Materials step. Add two new materials: “Ore” and “Waste”. Set Density for Ore to 3 t/m³ and for Waste to 2.5 t/m³. Set Moisture percentage for both Ore and for Waste to 5%. Set Swell to Bucket percentage for both Ore and for Waste to 120%. Set Swell to Tray percentage for both Ore and for Waste to 125%. By default, swell factors are applied to the <All Parcels> group. To create new material groups follow the steps below:

Go to Reserves tab > Data panel. Press the gear icon to open Configure Parcel Subsets window. In the Parcel Subsets section add new Parcel Subsets: “Ore” and “Waste”. Tick relevant parcels for each subset: Tick “bg”, “hg”, “hgha“, “hghs”, “lg” parcels for Ore subset. Tick “minw” and “w” parcels for Waste subset. In the Mutex Parcel Groups section add new Mutex Groups and rename it to “Haulage”. Assign relevant Subset Names to each Parcel: For parcels “bg”, “hg”, “hgha“, “hghs”, “lg” set subset name to “Ore”. For parcels “minw” and “w” set subset name to “Waste”. 7. Press OK. 8. Return to the Swell Factors step. 9. In the Mutex Parcel Group field select “Haulage” group. Image RemovedImage Added
