Image Draping Improvements

To DoThe memory performance of image draping has now been improved. Previously, large drape images were loaded directly into memory only to be scaled down. This resulted in reduced image resolution and unnecessary memory usage. Changes made in 22.3 result in optimal memory usage and full-resolution images. All changes made are in the backend, meaning there are no changes to the workflow or functionality of the feature.
