Example

Starting ID

Ending ID

Specify Starting ID and Ending ID for each Blast type.

Bearing

Bearing column defines the direction in which blasts will be renamed.

This can be seen in the example on the rightbelow, where a bearing of 120 degrees has been applied.

Overwrite Existing Conforming Names

Flag to overwrite existing names.

Increment

Specify the increment used when numbering blasts - i.e. Production blasts with an increment of 2 = 100, 102, 104, 106.

The default increment value is 1.

Padding Digits

Specify the number of digits to be used in the blast name - i.e. “3” for renaming to “100”, or “5“ for renaming to “00100“.

Automated Dig Block Generator

Option to automatically create dig blocks from the block model parcel data. This allows the schedule to take into account Ore Loss and Depletion rather than assuming that each parcel can be mined and 100% sent to the correct destination. Available in dropdown options depend on an element selected in the viewport. To use this option functionality go through the steps described below:

  1. Setup > Settings:

    1. Toggle flag for Enable Dig Plans option.

    2. Toggle flag for Enable Single Destinations option.

  2. Setup > Destinations:

    1. List the destinations the parcels can go to (material types)

  3. Setup > Destination Cash Flow:

    1. Set up a cash flow matrix to determine the value of each parcel in a destination material type.

  4. Setup > Phase Details:

    1. Set the Destination Cash Flow option for each stage for the Reserves table.

  5. Designer Tab:

    1. Select the Automated Dig Line Creation icon to create dig blocks at the Flitch level. Enter dig line parameters required in dialog and press OK to proceed and inspect results in a viewport.
