See TS. Calendar Inputs.

Make navigating the Calendar easier by localising all important information in one spot.

See TS. Dashboards.

Chrono Reports

Identify the core deliverables that are your responsibility as a mine planner, and lay them out in charts.

  • Crusher feed tonnes, grade, blend.

  • Ex-pit movement.

  • Digger utilisation.

  • Truck utilisation.

  • Stockpile size limits.

A draft schedule can be transformed into a final schedule by applying cumulative small improvements.

As a rough guideline, the scheduling process is:

  1. Run the schedule.

  2. Review the charts.

  3. Identify issues.

  4. Resolve the most pressing issue.

  5. Return to step 1.

Possible issues

See below a list of issues to watch out for. Navigate through the sections provided to find steps to resolve them.
