You have different options to export your data from different tabs and panels.

Choose from the following export options to learn more:

Reporting tab Export options	Animation tab Export Options

Exporting Database and Scheduling Solids and Silhouettes	Exporting Period Plots

Right-click on the step name from the Setup Task list on the left to save that step model in its own export format, for further transfer and use between projects.
