Overview
The Swell factors step is used to calculate loose volume from bank volume, for the purposes of dump capacity calculations.
Swell factors for haulage calculations can be configured in Haul Infinity under the Materials setup task.

Mutex Parcel Group
By default, swell factors are applied to the <All Parcels> group.
If you need to apply swell factors not to all individual parcels, but to the certain selection, you may choose one of the Mutex Parcel Groups preconfigured in the Reserves tab. For example, if have a common swell factor between Ore and Waste parcels, you may create and select a mutex group, to input 2 values rather than multiple.

New material groups can be created in the Reserves tab > Data panel > gear icon > Mutex Parcel Groups section.
