Views
Viewpoints
Saved viewpoints can be useful for navigation and reporting.
Open viewpoints at the bottom right of the viewport.
Use the top button ribbon to add, remove, reorder, and refresh viewpoints.
Use the green arrow icon to activate a viewpoint.
Use saved viewpoints for easy screenshots.
Screenshots
Screenshots may be pasted into presentations and reports.
Open the screenshot menu from the top button ribbon.
Select a resolution (this copies the image to clipboard).
Paste the image in another document.
Copy the current viewpoint to clipboard.
Layers
Draped Images
Images may be draped to a triangulation by importing both the image and associated georeference file. Supported file types include the Vulcan IREG format and the Surpac RGF format.
Layer panel > Layer > Color > Drape Image.
To drape an image:
Select a layer in the layer panel.
Drop down the colour selector.
Switch to the Drape Image tab.
Select ‘Open Image’ and import the image file.
Select ‘Load Points’ and import the georeference file.
Press OK to finish.
A downsampled copy of the original image is saved in the working folder as projectName.drapeImages. If this file is deleted, then all draped images are removed from the project.
Data
Terminology
A checked record is ticked in the record tree, and glows yellow in the viewport.
A focused record is highlighted in the record tree, and displays normally in the viewport.
A selected record has been left-clicked with the mouse. Depending on context, this may refer to either checked or focused records.
P101 is focused, P102 is checked.
Status Bar
The status bar display information for the current mouse location.

Solids
Solids are displayed in the viewport for each mining activity.
Left click a solid to check the record.
Box-select multiple solids to check multiple records.
Record Tree
The level tree displays the hierarchy of mines, pits, stages and benches in the project.
Double click a record to centre it in the viewport.
Left click the tickbox to check a record.
Left click the level icon to focus a record.
P101 is focused, P102 is checked.
Visibility Mode
Optionally show only the focused items in the record tree.
Toggle visibility mode to show only the selected records.
Data Panel
The data panel displays the reserves information available at the current step.
Reserves are shown for all checked records.
If no records are checked, then reserves are shown for the focused record.

View Mode
If a record is focused, the View Mode switches columns to show siblings or parcels.
Siblings view shows multiple records at once.
Parcels view shows the activity breakdown within a record.

Activities
Switch between activities to see the quantities of work in each parcel. The database layout changes to show fields that relate to the selected activity.
Switch between drilling, charging, and mining activities.

Parcel Subsets
Choose which parcels are shown for the current activity.
Switch between parcels (quantities of work) in each activity.

Exports
Optionally export the database to external archive files.
Export reserves values, solids, and silhouettes.
Labels
Optionally show record data in a label over the solids.
Toggle label text to show over solids.
Shadings
The Legend panels allow pits and dumps to be shaded by any database property, such as tonnes and grades.
Select shading sets in the Reserves Legend.
Use the Shadings dropdown to select an existing shading field, or press the gear icon to create a custom shading.

To create a custom shading set:
Press the gear icon to open the Configure Shadings dialog.
Press the blue plus button to add a new shading.
Give the shading a name.
Select the Shading Field from the dropdown list.
Enter the ranges and colours.
Press OK to accept.
