Overview

The Point Solids step is used to assign visual properties to the stockpiles and dumps.

Static dump destinations can be visually represented by a closed 3D design file (*.00t, *.dtm, *.dxf) instead of by the traditional Haul Infinity icons.

These triangulations will then appear in the animation and dynamically update throughout the schedule to show the fluctuating capacity of the stockpile or dump. The list of point solids will be populated from Stockpiles and Dumps defined in the Stockpiles and Waste Dump steps.

Navigation

In the Point Solids step you can add solids, assign colors, bearings and maximum capacity for the stockpiles and dumps. See the instructions in the table below.

Columns

Type

Select the type of object to display (for example, Stockpiles or Dumps).

Note, that names in these columns are not editable, since names of stockpiles and Dumps are created or imported in the previous steps.

Name

Select the stockpile/dump by the name specified in the previous steps.

Solid

Import applicable solids (if any).

To load the triangulation file, click the <…> button and select the relevant file.

Make sure that all added solids are closed. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed, without resolving it you will not be able to proceed to the next setup step. Row containing not closed solid will be highlighted in red.

Color

Select a color to be applied to the imported point solid.

Bearing

Select the relevant bearing, or use default “Vertical”.

Capacity (Mining_Volume)

Enter the maximum capacity of the selected stockpile/dump (mining volume).
