The phase solids can be cut with up to date depletion surfaces, these can be applied to the top of a pit phase or the base of a dump. There is also the option to input a bounding elevation to reduce the number of blocks exported from the reserves to the scheduler, in the case of a short term schedule.

  1. Set the required thickness using the vertical bar to 2m.

  2. For each phase digitise a polygon around the area above the threshold (in Blue).

To clip the phase solid:

  1. Rotate the viewport into plan view (or press the Z-cone above the compass cube).

    1. Red shading means the solid depth after depletion is zero.

    2. Brown shading means the solid depth after depletion is less than the Thickness slider.

    3. Blue shading means the solid depth after depletion is greater than the Thickness slider.

  2. Draw one or more polygons around the areas to keep.

  3. When satisfied with a result, press blue play button to proceed to the next step.
