The Swell factors step is used to calculate loose volume from bank volume, for the purposes of dump capacity calculations. Swell factors for haulage calculations can be configured in Haul Infinity under the Materials setup task.
By default, swell factors are applied to the <All Parcels> group. New material groups can be created in the Reserves tab > Data panel > cog 
icon > Mutex Parcel Groups.
