Mutex Record Subsets allow categories (such as “Supply Chain Point”) to be created and managed in a single place, so that any changes here propagate to all other references in the Setup.

Note that “Supply Chain” definitions may change from plan to plan, so the user should always double check the categories are correct with each new planning cycle.

To add a Record Subset:

  1. Press the blue plus icon to add a new subset.

  2. Select the Name field and rename to “Supply Chain”.

  3. In the Included Records list, assign a supply chain point to each item.

Multi-select and assign:

  1. Press <Shift> and select a range of records.

  2. In the property window on the right of the screen, assign a single value to all selected records.
