Filter

Description

Name

Give each rule a unique name, and group in folders.

Note

Avoid using commas in the Destination Rule name.

When opening projects saved in versions before 22.2.2247, if a comma character was used in the rule name, you will get an error message like <In rule (Expit HG, MG), the name contains illegal characters>, preventing you from going past this step.

This feature has been recently added in the software, because when exporting future reports to CSV, the commas result in misalignment of the columns.

Enabled

  • If the rule is available to be used, leave the box checked.

  • Uncheck the box to turn to disable the rule.

Calendar Switch

Constrain the rule to a particular Calendar Switch. Agents evaluate whether calendar value equals the filter value.
