Route Selection

Enter route parameters:

  • Find the Route Selections panel to the left of the viewport.

Set material to "High Grade".

Set loader to EX2500.

Set truck to CAT 785D.

Set operating condition to "Normal".

  • Select a Material Type,specified in the Setup > Cycle Tims > Materials.

  • Select a Loader, specified in the Setup > Cycle Tims > Loaders.

  • Select a Truck, specified in the Setup > Trucks > Models.

  • Select Operating Conditions, specified in the Setup > Cycle Tims > Operating Conditions.

Showing a route from the Blocks

  1. Select a Source block.

  2. Hold down <CTRL> and select a Destination Block or Node.

  3. Right-click and select “Show Return Route”.

  4. The haul road from the Source to the Destination will be shown/animated in the Viewport.

    1. Animation settings are available from the Animation menu in the top toolbar.

    2. Colors and sizes of the Loaded and Unloaded Roads can be changed in the bottom Display tab > Entities panel.

  5. To stop displaying haul road, use the blue cross button provided in the top toolbar. Alternatively, press <X> key.

  6. Each of the shown haul routes will be listed in the History panel.

    1. Click on the route to zoom to it in the Viewport.

    2. Use the Eraser tool to clear all history.

Showing a route from the Nodes

  1. Select a Source node.

Animation Settings

In the dropdown menu specify the desired Animation Speed, and which elements (Trucks/Roads) you wish to animate.

  • By default, Loaded Route is shown in red, and Unloaded Route is shown in yellow. To change these colors, as well as these routes sizes, navigate to the Display bottom tab > Entities panel > Loaded Route and Unloaded Route settings.

  • Size of the Truck and Loader icons can also be changed in the Display bottom tab > Entities panel > Truck & Loader settings.

Note

Activating haul route from Source to Destination is required to proceed to the network/truck times analysis.

Without an active haul route, you won’t see any data in the Segments tab, Charts tab, Truck Times tab and Cycle Time Analysis tab.
