Stage plans (also: Depletion Surface, Period Plot) are 3D triangulations representing the predicted state of the mine after scheduling.
To export stage plans:
- Go to the Schedule tab
- Run the schedule
- Go to the Animation tab > Animation panel
- Drag the slider to a point in time, or select a period from the dropdown selector
- Press the save icon on the right of the Animation panel
- Choose from the dropdown list
- Export Stage Plan at Current Time
- Export Stage Plans for All Periods

Stage plan dialog:
Field | Usage |

Grid resolution | Grid size to use in creating the stage plan. |
Surfaces > Topos | Pits | Dumps | If selected, the stage plan will stitch together the block depletion surface, the pit walls, the topography, and the dump walls. |
Clip Blocks by Pit & Dump Designs | If selected, any block which projects below a pit design or above a dump surface will be clipped back to design. |
Grid Constraint | 'Full Extents' includes all data in the stage plan. 'Limit to Blocks' includes only the selected Blocks Subset in the stage plan. |
Grid Constraint Expand Distance | Limits the stage plan generation to a given radius around the scheduling blocks. |
Blocks Subset | The block depletion surface is created from the selected blocks. Can be used to create cut-only surfaces, excluding dumps and backfill. |
