PS. Reporting tab Export options

In the Reporting tab of the Schedule tab you have 4 different buttons to export your custom reports.

Detailed description of these buttons and export options see below:

Export Selected

  1. Press Export Selected button to export selected report in “.xlsx” file format.

  2. Specify a destination folder and press SAVE.

  3. The selected report will be saves as Microsoft Excel file and can be accessed from the specified directory.

Export Special

  • Press the Export Special button and select the required items to export from its dropdown.

  • If you choose “Schedule Results CSVs” or “Schedule Results CSVs Including Inventories”, you schedule results will be saved as “.csv” file. Note, that Exporting Results CSVs including Inventories may take an extra time to complete.

  • You can also export only Preferred Destinations in “.forcedDestinations” file format, or

  • Select product stream (here “Lump” and “Fine“). This dropdown items depend on settings made in Processing Paths step.

Export Manager

  1. Press Export Manager button to create a new export set for your report.

  2. Toggle reports you want to include in the export.

  3. Press Save disc icon to specify a destination folder.

  4. Press SAVE.

Your report will be exported as “.csv” or “.xlsx”, depending on what type of Report you are exporting.

Export Templates

You may also export the template of the report you have created in the “.apsReports” file. For this press Export Templates button, specify a destination folder and press SAVE.
