PS Record Subsets

Record subsets in the Record Subsets step allow groups like “Below Water Table” to be created and managed in a single place, so that any changes here propagate to all other references in the Setup.

Note that what is defined as “Below Water Table” may change from plan to plan, so the user should always double check the subsets are correct with each new planning cycle.

Example Record Subsets

To add a Record Subset:

  1. Press the blue plus icon to add a new subset.

  2. Select the Name field and rename to “Below Water Table”.

  3. In the Included Records tree, tick all benches below water table.

To edit a subset graphically:

  1. Select a subset from the Subset list.

  2. Click on Edit Subset Graphically button.

  3. Using the Viewport and/or the Records tree, select blocks to add/remove from the subset.

  4. In the Viewport, right click on the block and choose an option required to Replace/Append/Remove items in Subset.
